    Wat moet ik doen als ik mijn wachtwoord ben vergeten?

    Klik op de inlogpagina op "Wachtwoord vergeten?" en je wordt doorgestuurd naar een pagina waar je een nieuw wachtwoord kunt aanmaken.

    Wat moet ik doen als ik het verkeerde e-mailadres heb getypt?

    Neem contact met ons op zodat we uw e-mailadres kunnen wijzigen. We kunnen uw e-mailadres, naam en adres wijzigen, maar we kunnen uw bestelling niet wijzigen. Dus vult u alstublieft uw adres in alle details in, anders wordt het pakket dat we naar u mailen teruggestuurd naar ons, of zullen we uw verzoek negeren om iedereen uit de problemen te redden.

    Zijn er wisselkoersen?

    Al onze transacties zijn gebaseerd op Europese munteenheid(EUR). Als uw creditcard is gebaseerd op een andere valuta, wordt het totaal van uw bestelling berekend in overeenstemming met de dagelijkse wisselkoers op de datum waarop uw kaartuitgever de transactie verwerkt.

    Welke betalingsmethoden accepteren wij?

    Wij accepteren alle gangbare creditcards (VISA, MasterCard) , iDEAL, Klarna, Bancontact, PayPal-betalingen. Wij aanvaarden geen persoonlijke cheques, postwissels, directe bankoverschrijvingen, pinbetalingen of  contante betalingen bij levering.

    Hoe veilig is mijn online bestelling?

    Wanneer u online bestellingen plaatst met uw creditcard, wordt al uw informatie ingevoerd op een SSL-beveiligde webpagina. Uw informatie wordt vervolgens SSL-gecodeerd en rechtstreeks naar het netwerk van onze creditcardaanbieder gestuurd, waar uw kaart en transactie geautoriseerd en goedgekeurd zijn. Uw creditcardgegevens wordt niet op onze servers opgeslagen.

    Hoe kan ik mijn bestelling wijzigen of annuleren?

    We behouden ons het recht voor op elk moment na ontvangst van de bestelling om de bestelling of een deel daarvan naar eigen goeddunken te accepteren of te weigeren, zelfs nadat de klant een orderbevestiging heeft ontvangen of nadat de creditcard is geautoriseerd. Als de creditcard al is geautoriseerd voor de aankoop en de bestelling is geannuleerd, zullen we een creditering uitvoeren op de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.

    Als u uw bestelling annuleert VOORDAT deze is verwerkt en/of verzonden, worden er annuleringskosten van €0.9 aan u in rekening gebracht om de herbevoorradingskosten en de aan ons in rekening gebrachte kosten voor terugbetalingen door de creditcardmaatschappijen te dekken.

    Houd er rekening mee dat bestellingen die al zijn ingepakt of verzonden niet kunnen worden geannuleerd, tenzij je binnen 24 uur contact met ons opneemt om de bestelling eventueel te annuleren.

    Hoe stel ik mijn verzendadres in?

    Aangezien onze website en diensten gebaseerd zijn op de Nederlandse taal, moet alle informatie die u invoert in het Nederlands worden ingevoerd, inclusief interpunctie. Als sommige letters in je adres niet-Nederlandse letters bevatten, raden we je aan om vergelijkbare Nederlandse letters te gebruiken.

    Kan ik mijn verzendadres wijzigen nadat ik een bestelling heb geplaatst?

    Neem binnen 24 uur na het plaatsen van je bestelling contact op met de officiële klantenservice om je adres te wijzigen. Je afleveradres kan niet meer worden gewijzigd nadat de bestelling is verwerkt of verzonden. Werk uw verzendadres bij naar uw woonadres in plaats van uw werkadres, aangezien we niet weten hoelang de douane van de bestemming het pakket in de wacht heeft staan.

    Wanneer komt mijn bestelling aan?

    De levertijd is gebaseerd op de verzendoptie die je hebt gekozen. Zodra de bestelling is verzonden, zullen we uw trackinginformatie de volgende dag per e-mail verzenden, aangezien trackinginformatie over het algemeen 24 uur nadat we de bestelling hebben verzonden beschikbaar is. Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor vertragingen veroorzaakt door de douane in uw land.

    Hoe volg ik mijn bestelling?

    We zullen uw trackinginformatie e-mailen zodra uw bestelling is verzonden. Meestal ontvang je het trackingnummer een dag nadat we je bestelling hebben verzonden.U kunt uw bestelling hier volgen.

    Kan ik meerdere kortingscodes in één bestelling gebruiken?

    Actie- en kortingscodes kunnen niet worden gebruikt in combinatie met andere acties en kortingen, tenzij anders vermeld.

    Wat moet ik doen als er items in mijn bestelling ontbreken?

    Mocht er nog iets ontbreken, neemt u dan direct contact met ons op.

    Wanneer wordt mijn bestelling verwerkt?

    Houd rekening met extra tijd voor het verwerken van uw bestelling tijdens feestdagen en uitverkoopseizoenen.

    We verwerken bestellingen tussen maandag en vrijdag. Bestellingen worden binnen 1-2 werkdagen vanaf de besteldatum verwerkt en de volgende dag na de verwerkingsdag verzonden. Houd er rekening mee dat we niet in het weekend verzenden. 

    Neem contact met ons op als u geen trackingbevestiging heeft ontvangen na 5 werkdagen vanaf de dag dat u uw betaling heeft gedaan.

    Word ik belast met douane en belastingen?

    De prijzen die op onze site worden weergegeven, zijn belastingvrij in EUR, wat betekent dat u mogelijk invoerrechten en belastingen moet betalen zodra u uw bestelling heeft ontvangen.

    Invoerbelastingen, rechten en gerelateerde douanekosten kunnen in rekening worden gebracht zodra uw bestelling op de eindbestemming aankomt, die wordt bepaald door uw lokale douanekantoor.

    Betaling van deze kosten en belastingen is uw verantwoordelijkheid en wordt niet door ons gedekt. Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor vertragingen veroorzaakt door de douane in uw land. Neem voor meer informatie over de kosten contact op met uw plaatselijke douanekantoor.

    Hoe kan ik een artikel retourneren?

    Als u niet tevreden bent met uw aankoop en een artikel wilt retourneren, neem dan binnen 30 dagen na ontvangst van uw bestelling contact met ons op. Geef uw bestelnummer en de reden voor uw retourzending op. Ons klantenservice team zal het retouraanvraag beoordelen en zal verdere instructies sturen als de retourzending is goedgekeurd.

    Raadpleeg ons retourbeleid voor een lijst met de laatste uitverkoopartikelen. Alle retourzendingen moeten in originele staat zijn met intacte verpakking 

    Wat moet ik doen als het artikel / de artikelen die ik heb ontvangen defect / onjuist / beschadigd zijn?

    Neem binnen 30 dagen na ontvangst van uw bestelling contact met ons op als u goederen heeft ontvangen die onjuist, ontbrekend en / of defect zijn. Vermeld a.u.b. uw bestelnummer, foto's van het artikel (de artikelen) en alle gerelateerde referenties bij ontvangst van uw pakket. We zullen ons uiterste best doen om uw zaak zo snel mogelijk op te lossen.

    Hoe lang duurt het retourproces?

    Het verwerken van retourzendingen kan tot 14 werkdagen duren vanaf de dag dat we je retourzending hebben ontvangen. We zullen je een e-mail sturen om te bevestigen zodra je retourzending is verwerkt.

    Wanneer ontvang ik mijn geld terug?

    Alle terugbetalingen worden bijgeschreven op uw oorspronkelijke betalingsmethode. Als u met een creditcard of betaalpas heeft betaald, worden de terugbetalingen binnen 7-10 werkdagen na ontvangst van het geretourneerde artikel of annuleringsverzoek naar de bank die de kaart heeft uitgegeven, verzonden. Neem contact op met de bank die de kaart heeft uitgegeven als u vragen heeft over wanneer het tegoed op uw rekening wordt bijgeschreven.

    Als u nog geen krediet heeft ontvangen voor uw retourzending, doet u het volgende: Neem contact op met de bank / creditcardmaatschappij. Het kan even duren voordat de terugbetaling op uw account is bijgeschreven.
